光合作用代谢调控
杨文强   研究员
杨文强博士，国家植物园、中国科学院植物研究所研究员，中国科学院大学岗位教授，博士生导师。2000年和2003年在东北农业大学分别获学士和硕士学位，2008年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所获博士学位。2009年2月至2017年1月在美国斯坦福卡内基研究所植物生物学系从事博士后研究和研究助理工作。期间于2009年在美国科罗拉多再生能源国家实验室（NREL）访问研究。2017年2月到中国科学院植物研究所工作，目前任中科院植物所党委委员、学术委员会委员和中国科学院大学现代农学院作物生理与高效农业教研室副主任。兼任中国藻类学会理事、中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会光合作用专业委员会委员、中国细胞生物学会青年工作委员会委员、中国细胞生物学会WLLA青年PI培训委员等职。担任The Plant Cell等多个国际期刊的审稿人。担任JIPB和MODA编委、《热带作物学报》副主编、《土壤学报》编委、Frontier in Plant Science review editor。主要从事光合作用调控、叶绿体蛋白转运和质量控制以及豆科高光效相关研究。主持基金委面上项目和区域联合重点项目、科技部国家重点研发计划课题、中科院先导A项目子课题和任务等课题。在Small Methods, PNAS, Plant Cell, Plant Journal, Molecular Plant, Plant Physiology, New Phytologist, Cell Reports等期刊发表论文30余篇，参编著作5本。荣获2021年中国科学院大学教学优秀奖和2022年中国科学院大学院级优秀课程。

研究方向： 光合作用是世界上最重要的化学反应，与人类生存息息相关。实验室致力于光合作用代谢调控机制研究。以衣藻和大豆等豆科植物为研究对象，运用遗传学、生理学、细胞学、分子生物学、生物化学、生物物理学和组学等多学科的理论与技术，挖掘关键因子、揭示分子机理，更好的理解光合作用调控机制，为农业科技发展提供理论指导和技术支持。研究方向包括： （1）光合作用调控机制 （2）光合作用与碳代谢互作网络 （3）叶绿体蛋白转运与蛋白质量控制 （4）大豆、苜蓿等豆科植物光合作用及高光效机理
